LODGE A REQUEST
As EU Citizens you have a number of remedies and rights under the GDPR as part of a member's GDPR Compliance. If you would like to make a request under your rights, please lodge a formal request using this service. If you want to lodge a complaint, please visit the complaint page.
We act for our members, so your request to us, is the same as a request to our member directly. The major difference is that it is our job to understand your rights and make sure that the controller and processor act accordingly. Asking us to help you achieve and outcome and make the things that you want to happen is what we are all about, so follow the chart below to get the help you are looking for.
STEP 1 - Tell us what you would like to do?
Tell us about your request what you would like to achieve. You will need to provide some details, so that we can talk to the controller or processor with authority. We may spend some time discussing your request with you, so we are very clear what your desired outcomes are and how best we can achieve that for you.
STEP 2 - We will manage your request with the controller or processor
Once we have passed your request to the controller or processor, we will work with them to achieve your request. This will be done in a timely and professional manner. Once we have a outcome, we will advise you of it.
STEP 3 - What if you're not satisfied with the outcome?
When we advise of the outcome, if you are not totally satisfied, we will advise you on the next steps that you can take. This may include a formal complaint to the Supervisory Authority and asking them to provide a resolution.
